Material:
Mailer Boxes are made from durable corrugated cardboard. We use recycled materials to manufacture the boxes.
- White: It is the most common corrugated material used to manufacture mailer boxes. It can produce any color with high-quality printing and is available in a matte or glossy finish.
- Brown Kraft: Our natural kraft corrugated cardboard material is brown on the outside and inside, providing a rustic look. It is an ideal choice for eco-conscious brands or organic products. It produces dark colors and works well with minimal designs.
Flute Thickness:
- E-Flute: This is 1/16″ (1mm to 1.5mm) thick and is most commonly used in e-commerce.
Lock Style:
- Roll End Front Tuck With Dust Flaps: The top of the box folds over to close the box and the front flaps of the lid tuck into the sides of the box to keep content secure. The dust flaps on the side of the box fold inwards to give strength and dust protection during shipping.

For packaging purposes, always measure the inner dimensions. Here are the 3 easy steps to measure a box:
- Length: The length is the longest side of the box. Place the measuring tape or ruler along the longest side (from left to right) and record the measurement.
- Width: The width is the shorter side of the box. Measure it from front to back.
- Depth: The depth (or height) is the vertical side of the box. Measure it from bottom to top.
Tip: Always write the measurements in the format: Length x Width x Depth for clarity.
