By visiting our website or involving in business, you should agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. We give you the right to terminate our services at any time with or without notice. In case of violating this agreement, it is harmful to our business or site. These terms apply to all the users, dealers, customers, and advertisers. You need to review our terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you don’t understand or agree with these terms, you should discontinue using our services.

Intellectual Property:

BoxJojo completely belongs to all the materials, including text, graphics, images, and designs. You may view, copy, download, or print portions of the contents for personal use or placing orders with us, but not for commercial use. You‘re not allowed to use the content in any other manner which violates the copyright and trademark law.  This agreement does not permit to use of BoxJojo’s trademark or those of its partners. You are also not allowed to change or remove any copyright attached to the downloaded content.

Content and Information:

We try for accuracy, though we can’t guarantee that all the information on our site is correct, up-to-date, or error-free. So, verify information independently for accuracy. If you find something wrong or outdated, please contact us at info@boxjojo.com with the correct details, so we can make the necessary corrections.

Prices and Order Policy:

We are not responsible for any change in the prices over time. We have the right to change them at any time, prices are not constant. You must approve the proof of custom printing services when placing the order. After approval, you have a limited time of 6-8 hours to cancel your order, otherwise cancellation charges may apply. However, cancellation may not be possible after 12-14 hours, and full payment will be charged. You also provide or discontinue services without compensation for any losses due to price changes or any third party.

Submit Artwork Files for Design:

Our packaging team creates digital or physical copies of the submitted artwork files. Submit files in 300 dpi and CMYK format for color accuracy, we’re not responsible for blurry colors and printing. You must own the rights to the artwork you upload, and we will not accept any inappropriate content for printing.

Billing Information:

BoxJojo reserves the right to accept or reject the payment. We require limits on the quantity per individual per product and also have the right to cancel the order at any time. Please provide your exact name, contact information, address, and credit card details on purchasing. Service will terminate on the result of false information. Exact credit card information including expiration dates, is required for successful transactions.

Return and Refund Policy:

Please notify us at info@boxjojo.com within 3 business days of receiving any error or defective products. Otherwise, we can’t refund you in this case. But we will ensure the reprinting of the product and change it according to your needs. Note that the replacement product may take 6-7 working days for delivery.

Shipment and Delivery:

Our customization of boxes takes 4-5 working days, with an additional 2-3x business days for shipping. Production and printing time starts after the complete uploading, review, and acceptance of your artwork files by our printing department. We make sure the delivery of every order is as early as possible. We will refund the applicable charges if printing is delayed due to some technical error.

Illegal Use:

You are not allowed to do illegal activities by using our information, breaking our intellectual property, providing false information, collecting personal data from others, engaging in spamming, using our services dishonestly, or compromising the safety of our website. We will take legal action against you in case of violation of these terms and services.

Return & Refund

Boxjojo provides customized services and products according to customers’ requirements. If the products do not meet the client’s specifications, clients are requested to inform the company within 3 business days.

Production Side Defects:

If the error is confirmed to be the company’s mistake, Boxjojo will reprint the entire order, with the company’s decision regarding errors and responsibility being final. Customers have 7 business days to return the order at their own shipping cost and are required to provide proof of errors through digital photos to assist with the reprint process.

Client Side Defects:

If the flaw or mistake is on the customer’s side and they request a refund, they must return the entire order. In this case, customers are responsible for covering shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs associated with the refund.

Cancellation of Order:

Once the proof is accepted, the printing job is quickly forwarded to the press department. Customers have a 4-hour window to cancel the order after approval. If canceled after processing, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. Once production has started, refunds are not available; however, free storage can be provided, and the order can be shipped when needed.

Shipping Policy

Our Standard Turnaround Time:

The standard order takes 7-8 business days for production, followed by 2-3 business days for shipping once production is complete.

Rush Order Turnaround Time:

For quick orders, it usually takes about 5 to 7 business days to make and ship your items. The time may change based on how difficult the project is. Sometimes, orders can be finished faster, but sometimes they might take a bit longer.

Logistics Companies:

Packages are sent using fast services from trusted companies like UPS, DHL, and FedEx to make sure they arrive safely on time.

Shipping Time Changes:

Shipping times can change based on where you’re sending your package and the shipping services available in that area. Sometimes, delays can happen because of bad weather or unexpected events.

Package Tracking Details:

After your order is shipped, customers will get tracking details to see where their package is and when it is expected to arrive.
