Our Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations may be accepted for products purchased through our Website.

By placing an order with Boxjojo, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Custom-Manufactured Products

All products sold by Boxjojo are custom manufactured according to each customer's unique specifications, including size, material, printing, finishing, and artwork.

For this reason, products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they contain manufacturing defects, production errors, or do not substantially conform to the approved order specifications.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for defective products. A return/replacement may be considered if:

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The product differs materially from the approved artwork or confirmed order specifications.
  • Incorrect products were shipped due to an error by Boxjojo.
  • Products were damaged during shipment.

Return Window: Eligible orders may be returned within 45 Days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund/Return Policy.

Return Method: Approved returns must be sent back to BoxJojo using a reliable mail or courier service.

Return Cost: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning eligible products.

Restocking Fee: Boxjojo does not charge a restocking fee on approved return items.

All claims are subject to review and verification by our quality assurance team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or replacements will generally not be provided for:

  • Customer-approved artwork containing spelling, grammar, layout, or design errors.
  • Color variations that fall within accepted commercial printing tolerances.
  • Minor variations in size, material, finishing, or quantity that are considered standard industry tolerances.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use.
  • Customer changes of mind after production has begun or the order has been completed.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.

If you believe your order contains a defect or error, you must notify Boxjojo on the same day after receiving the shipment.

Claim Requirements

To help us evaluate your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
  • Photographs of the product packaging, if applicable
  • Any additional information requested by our customer support team

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent the processing of your claim.

Review Process

Once your claim has been received, our quality assurance team will review the information provided.

If additional details or product samples are required, we will contact you.

After completing our review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Product replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit, where applicable

The selected remedy will be determined at Boxjojo's sole discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Our refund processing time is 3 to 5 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error made by Boxjojo.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If cancellation is approved after production has commenced, the customer may be responsible for any costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Damage Shipment

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • Retain all packaging materials.
  • Take clear photographs of the damaged shipment.
  • Notify both the shipping carrier and Boxjojo on the same day of delivery.

Shipping damage claims may require cooperation with the shipping carrier's investigation process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boxjojo's liability for any approved claim shall be limited to one of the following remedies, as determined by BoxJojo:

  • Reprinting the affected products
  • Replacing the affected products
  • Refunding the purchase price paid for the affected products

Under no circumstances shall Boxjojo be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or other economic losses.

Policy Updates

Boxjojo reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time.

Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on this Website.
